Bill J. Bub, Vice President, Retail
William J. Bub is the Vice President of Retail for Xanterra Parks & Resorts. Bub joined Xanterra in February 2010 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Xanterra’s retail operations, future retail acquisitions and the management oversight of Xanterra’s operations in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Bub brings more than 30 years of retail management expertise to his position with extensive knowledge running large retail stores for national chains and specialty retail operations. He began his career at Target Stores while attending college full-time. Bub spent the next 25 years in progressive leadership roles with Office Depot, Venture, Party City and Dick’s Sporting Goods. While serving as Vice President of Sales and Store Operations for Party City, Bub was instrumental in driving growth for the chain to more than 750 stores to become the largest party goods retailer in the world.
Bub graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Bub is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
