Robert T. Yow, Vice President, Business Development
Robert T. Yow is vice president of business development for Xanterra Parks & Resorts. Yow oversees new business development opportunities and is responsible for managing all acquisition and transaction activities for Xanterra. Yow has a diverse background in real estate, corporate finance, and private equity. He was most recently with V3 Capital Strategies, a boutique alternative investment and business advisory firm. Prior to joining V3 Capital, Yow was a principal with Arcapita Bank, a global diversified alternative investment group headquartered in Bahrain.
Yow has also served as vice president of investments for CNL Income Properties, director of investor relations for CNL Hotels & Resorts, and as an investment banker and equity analyst with Bear Stearns International Limited in London, England. He began his career as an officer and attack helicopter pilot in the United States Army, with command assignments in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East.
Yow is licensed by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an investment advisor and holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematical economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Cambridge University.
