Xanterra Parks & Resorts believes in supporting the communities in which our associates live and work and we focus our efforts on providing essential needs such as food, shelter and clothing for the charities we support. As you can imagine, we get thousands of requests each year and are limited to the selection of a few that meet our criteria for consideration. In order to receive consideration, organizations must hold a 501c3 tax-exempt status and should contact the assistant to the General Manager in the park nearest their community. Requests should be made in writing at least six months prior to the event.
Xanterra Parks & Resorts supports environmental organizations such as the National Park Conservation Association, the World Wildlife Fund, the National Park Foundation, Leave No Trace, and other organizations devoted to the preservation and conservation of our parks and natural resources. We are unable to provide support for any sponsorship advertising, research programs, profit ventures, or religious or political purposes.

Xanterra Parks & Resorts has a very structured purchasing department and potential business partners must undergo a rigorous process to become a vendor of choice, including passing environmental standards of performance in their workplace, product specifications and delivery.
