    Hotels

Xanterra has welcomed park guests for over a century. Even before the National Park Service arrived at the Grand Canyon, Xanterra’s precursor, the Fred Harvey Company, was already providing visitors with nationally-renowned lodging, dining and retail services.

Today, Xanterra hotels offer a wide range of experiences, from conference facilities with premium golf, tennis and spa amenities, to historic park lodges and cabins, ideal for getting away from it all and getting back to nature. Xanterra’s one-of-a-kind properties can be found at some of the most beautiful places on earth, including national parks, state parks, as well as a resort in Napa, California.

Many of Xanterra’s hotels are historic landmark buildings, designed by architects such as Robert Reamer and Mary Jane Colter. With its soaring exposed-log atrium, Yellowstone’s Old Faithful Inn is considered the model for classic park lodge architecture. El Tovar, perched on the rim of the Grand Canyon, opened in 1905.

Xanterra accommodations combine historic character with modern amenities to give guests an unforgettable lodging experience.
