Judith L. Lages
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Judith L. Lages has been vice president of sales & marketing for Xanterra Parks & Resorts since 1996 and oversees all of the company’s sales and marketing activities, including public relations; Web design and management of Xanterra’s 26 individual Web sites; regional sales offices; sales and marketing efforts for group dependent properties; and group wholesale and FIT contract negotiations for national park properties. Lages also is responsible for the company’s reservations offices located in Denver, Yellowstone and Ohio.
Lages formerly was vice president of sales & marketing for Omni Hotels Corporation, where she was responsible for all international and domestic direct-sales activities, including the operation of six national sales offices. An employee of Omni for nearly 20 years, she held a series of increasingly responsible property-level and corporate posts with the company.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor's in hotel and restaurant administration from Michigan State University.
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Lages is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International and Meeting Professionals International.
