Kevin J. Dillman, Director, Corporate Central Reservations
Kevin J. Dillman has been director of the corporate central reservations call center since 1997. He oversees all aspects of Xanterra’s 70-person call center operation and handles individual/transient reservations for several of Xanterra’s national and state park locations. Dillman works directly with field personnel at each location in order to ensure that callers receive consistent high-quality customer service. He is also closely involved in various systems related to the call center, including content management on company Web sites and GDS distribution channels.
Dillman’s systems knowledge includes: Micros Opera Central Reservations and Property Management systems, CLS (Epitome Unix) Central Reservations and Property Management systems, Protobase, Tadiran Coral telephone system, Tadiran Composit ACD system, AT&T Business Direct, HubX internet reservation engine, RedX internet reservation engine, Rightfax (electronic fax server), Kronos Timekeeping system, Lawson E-Recruiting, SystemOne airline reservations system, Rockwell ACD system, Nortel ACD system, Aspect ACD system, AT&T Call Routing System, and several other proprietary systems.
Dillman has more than 23 years of experience in the travel industry, with more than 14 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Xanterra, he held the position of reservation manager for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts. His experience also includes supporting multiple reservations call centers for Continental Airlines.
