Kirk H. Anderson, Vice President and General Counsel
Kirk H. Anderson, vice president and general counsel for Xanterra Parks & Resorts, has been with the company and its affiliates since 1992. Anderson’s responsibilities include supervising Xanterra’s legal, human resources and risk management departments.
Before joining the company, Anderson worked for law firms in Honolulu and San Francisco, specializing in real estate and business transactions. A California native, Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and a law degree from Duke University Law School. He is a member of the Colorado Bar.
