Kirk H. Anderson, vice president and general counsel for Xanterra Parks & Resorts, has been with the company and its affiliates since 1992. Anderson's responsibilities include negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts; advising on employment issues; assisting with legal aspects of new business development; and overseeing outside counsel on litigation matters.
Before joining the company, Anderson worked for law firms in Honolulu and San Francisco, specializing in real estate and business transactions.
A California native, Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and a law degree from Duke University Law School. He is a member of the Colorado Bar.
