Lonnie S. Clark, Corporate Controller
Lonnie S. Clark, CPA, has been with the company since 2004. As corporate controller, Clark is responsible for both centralized and decentralized accounting, internal accounting controls, treasury, and corporate taxation.
Clark previously spent 12 years leading accounting departments for a variety of businesses in the Denver area ranging from software development, cable television, and telecommunication software and service. In these roles, she had primary responsibility for managing accounting due diligence and acquisition. She also worked for three years in the audit department at the Denver office of KPMG accounting firm, leaving there as supervising senior accountant.
Clark graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
