Michael F. Welch
Vice President - Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Michael F. Welch, CPA, has been with the company since 1997. As vice president of finance and chief financial officer, Welch is responsible for both centralized and decentralized financial, accounting and information technology functions.
Welch previously spent more than 15 years as vice president of finance and secretary-treasurer for the concession operations at Yosemite National Park. He also worked five years in the Los Angeles office of the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in both the audit and tax departments, leaving there as tax manager.
Welch graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
