Rebecca L. Ritter, Director of Purchasing
Rebecca L. Ritter, director of purchasing, has been with Xanterra Parks & Resorts since 1997. Ritter’s experience in senior purchasing and distribution positions with companies such as Sysco Food Services, VICORP Restaurants and the Quizno’s Corporation serves Xanterra well. Her negotiation skills, distribution background and management duties have resulted in lucrative volume contracts and programs with major suppliers, such as Coca-Cola, Sysco, Kraft, General Mills, Ecolab, Tyson and other Fortune 500 companies. Xanterra’s participation in rebate, deviated and discounted pricing programs favorably impacts property bottom lines. Ritter has direct oversight responsibility for $40 million of annual purchases for Xanterra. Additionally, she has negotiated more than 50 national contracts for the company, resulting in a substantial reduction in food, beverage and operating supply costs.
Ritter has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a masters of business administration in finance from Pace University in New York, as well as certified purchasing manager certification.
