Susan Jessup
Director, Retail Merchandising/Operations
Susan Jessup is director of retail for Xanterra Parks & Resorts. Jessup oversees all merchandising and operations for the retail division, including the selection, pricing and display of all products sold in the more than 40 Xanterra gift stores in national and state parks and resorts.
Jessup has extensive experience in retail management, having overseen annual budgets in excess of $550 million and buying responsibilities for more than 5,000 stores. Jessup's experience includes all aspects of retail production, from product sourcing and imports to custom packaging.
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Jessup grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, earning her bachelor of science degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
