We employ year-round positions within our Central Reservations department, which operates from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 362 days per year. Central Reservation agents handle accommodation and activity reservation requests for some of America’s greatest treasures: Zion National Park, Grand Canyon National Park at the South Rim, and Death Valley National Park.

Successful applicants for Central Reservation agent positions will be available to work all shifts, have previous customer service experience, and/or call center experience (preferably in the travel industry), have the ability to pass a typing test of 25 words per minute, a positive attitude, and possess excellent communication skills. There is always room for growth within our Central Reservations office and applicants who display leadership skills can advance to supervisory positions.

Xanterra corporate offices also house support positions ranging from accounting, human resources, food and beverage to retail and executive functions. All positions support the 20+ field locations operated by the company.

Our corporate office does not offer housing or meal options. Employees will live in the Denver metro area at their expense and commute on a daily basis.
