Donation Request Form and Process

Please fill out all sections of the form below to be considered for a donation from one of the Xanterra Travel Collection brands/properties. Requests can only be submitted by completing the donation request form below and must be received a minimum of six (6) weeks prior to your event. Please, no phone calls, e-mails, faxes, USPS-mailed requests, or walk-ins.

Requests will be reviewed by the respective brands/properties on the 15th of every month.

After each review, the organization contact will receive an email informing them if their request is granted. The chosen organizations only will be contacted by email concerning their request. Only one request per rolling 12 month period per organization is permitted.

If you do not receive an e-mail by the 25th of the month in which you made your request, you may assume that your organization's request was not granted and are welcome to reapply after 12 months.
