Chief Information Officer
Jeff Grayson is Chief Information Officer for Xanterra and leads all technology strategy, development and operations across Xanterra’s portfolio of companies.
Jeff is an accomplished CIO and CTO with extensive digital transformation, hospitality, and E-commerce experience. Prior to joining Xanterra, Jeff spent eight year in the ski industry at Intrawest/Alterra where he held the roles of CIO and SVP of Digital Platforms. At Intrawest (NYSE: SNOW), Jeff was part of the leadership team that took that company public, and at Alterra, Jeff led software and digital product development of the IKON Pass, the highly successful flagship product of the newly formed company. Prior to Intrawest/Alterra, Jeff was the CIO of NYC-based Equinox Holdings (SoulCycle, Equinox Fitness, Variis) where he ran all aspects of technology for the company during a 10 year period of 800% company growth.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was the CTO of Referral Networks, and the CTO of digital music company RipDigital. Jeff holds a joint MBA/MS CS degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and NYU’s Courant Institute of Mathematics and a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is married with two children and is a snowboarder, cyclist and surfer.
