Andrew N. Todd, President & CEO

As Xanterra Travel Collection®’s President & CEO since 1994, Andrew N. Todd is charged with managing the day-to-day operations and successes of Xanterra’s national park, adventure travel, cruise, and tour brands. A travel and hospitality industry veteran with a deep background in finance and portfolio growth, Mr. Todd has led Xanterra Travel Collection®’s expansion from a company focused primarily on the concessioner operations in our national parks, to a nationwide leader in the adventure travel, national park hospitality, and cruise industries. This has been accomplished by both organic growth and via acquisition.

Andrew Heltzel, Chief Commercial Officer

Andrew Heltzel is Chief Commercial Officer for Xanterra Travel Collection and oversees the company’s revenue management, reservations, advertising, public relations, websites/e-commerce, regional sales offices, and other related functions. In addition to working with each brand to achieve their revenue growth goals, he drives the cross-brand synergies and enterprise-wide marketing. Prior to this position, he served as Corporate Director of Marketing, CRM & Analytics for the organization.

Gordon R. Taylor, Chief Parks Officer

Taylor brings more than 25 years of hospitality management to his position, most recently serving as Arizona Regional General Manager for Xanterra. He currently oversees operations and management for Xanterra’s larger national park operations, including Yellowstone and Grand Canyon National Parks, as well as The Oasis at Death Valley.

Lonnie S. Clark, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Clark, CPA, started with Xanterra in 2004 in the role of Corporate Controller, and was recently promoted to Vice President, Finance. In this position she is responsible for corporate and field accounting, treasury, financial reporting, financial systems, mergers and acquisition accounting, and corporate taxation.

Shannon Dierenbach, Chief Human Resources Officer

Prior to joining Xanterra, Dierenbach was a member of the executive leadership of Richfield Hospitality, Inc. and Sceptre Hospitality, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management.

Tim Schoonover, Chief Operating Officer, Hospitality

Mr. Schoonover is responsible for Hospitality Operations in Xanterra Travel Collection®’s Parks & Resorts, including Retail, Food & Beverage, Lodging, other park related operations, as well as corporate Supply Chain, and new business development opportunities in national parks.

 

Rabinoff

Richard Rabinoff, Chief Information Officer

With more than two decades of experience in hospitality technology, Rabinoff oversees all aspects of strategic planning and operations for information technology at Xanterra. His teams manage infrastructure, security, operations, project management, application and service delivery across hospitality, cruise and tour brands. Prior to this position, he served as Director of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Hospitality Technology for the organization.

 

Overdyke

Trey Overdyke, Chief Legal Officer

Trey Overdyke is the Chief Legal Officer for Xanterra Travel Collection®. Prior to joining Xanterra, Trey was a partner in Holland & Hart’s Jackson, WY office, where he helped form and lead the firm’s national Environmental Health & Safety team. Trey has worked in the waste management space as well, serving as COO and General Counsel for Terra Firma Organics, an organic waste recycling company operating in the western United States. Trey began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Chief Judge William F. Downes, USDC Wyoming District. Prior to law school, Trey was a field instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School.
