Xanterra Travel Collection Gift Card Terms of Service:
The following are the terms and conditions applicable to Xanterra Travel Collection Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). The Gift Cards are issued by Xanterra Parks & Resorts, Inc. or one of its designated affiliates (together or each separately, as applicable, “Xanterra”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and others who accept or use a Gift Card.
Your Gift Card never expires (with the exception of promotional cards that are obtained without a purchase) and there are no fees, such as activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees, associated with your Gift Card.

Present your Gift Card at any participating Xanterra Travel Collection location or online as payment for qualified purchases. Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Additional value may be added at any time, subject to the Limitations set forth in these Terms of Service. If you want to use the Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, you must combine the use of the Gift Card with additional payment from another payment source. Your Gift Card may not be resold without authorization. Xanterra has the right to deactivate or reject Gift Cards sold by unauthorized sellers or Gift Cards involved in actual or suspected fraudulent activity.
Lost or Stolen Gift Card:
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced. The holder of the Gift Card is solely responsible for securing the Gift Card and associated PIN.
Loading Value on Your Gift Card:
You can load value on your Gift Card by visiting any participating Xanterra Travel Collection location. You can reload your card for amounts between $10 – $2,000, but no more than $2,000 may be associated with any one Gift Card in a single 24-hour period (meaning that the activity on any one Gift Card cannot exceed $2,000 over the course of a 24-hour period).. There may be a delay from the time you pay the amount to be loaded onto your Gift Card and the time those funds become available for use.
The maximum value that can be associated with any one Gift Card in a single 24-hour period is $2,000. No one person may purchase more than $10,000 in Gift Cards in any one 24-hour period. Xanterra reserves the right to change any of these amounts at any time without notice. You may not use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card, any prepaid open loop card or any other third-party gift card.
The Xanterra Travel Collection Digital Card allows you to purchase and send a digital Gift Card via email or mobile device. You may choose the design and dollar value and complete your purchase using a credit card, debit card, or certain other electronic payment methods. You may create a personal message and/or upload an image. If we find inappropriate content, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You may choose when to have your Digital Card delivered, either the same day, provided that your form of payment is approved, or at a future date. You authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card or other chosen electronic payment method at the time you purchase your Digital Card regardless of the date you choose for delivery. On the requested delivery date, we will send the recipient of your Digital Card an email notifying them that they have received a Digital Card from you. We will also send you an email confirming receipt of your Digital Card when the recipient opens the Digital Card email. The recipient will have the option of printing out the Digital Card and bringing it into a participating Xanterra Travel Collection location to make a purchase or showing the Digital Card on their mobile device. The recipient may also use the Digital Card online for certain purchases at the participating Xanterra Travel Collection companies’ websites and will enter the Digital Card number and PIN number to redeem the value. The recipient may also apply their Digital Card to a purchase over the phone at the participating Xanterra Travel Collection companies’ call centers and will reference the Digital Card number and PIN number to redeem the value. A Digital Card is like any other Xanterra Gift Card, and should be treated like cash by the recipient. Digital Cards are subject to these Terms of Service as a “Gift Card” unless expressly set forth otherwise. Each Digital Card has a unique Xanterra Gift Card number associated with it no matter how many times the email is printed out. Refunds will not be given for Digital Cards.
Receipts and Transaction History:
When you use your Gift Card, we will provide a receipt if you request one at one of the on-site participating locations. The receipt will indicate that the purchase was made using a Xanterra Travel Collection Gift Card and will provide the remaining balance of your Gift Card. The account balance for a Gift Card also will appear on your receipt from a point-of-sale register, and you can check your account balance at any time by calling 1-800-230-1104 or by visiting Xanterra.com/GiftCard and clicking on the “Check Balance” link.
Our Gift Card Online Storefront has an ADA-supported responsive design for viewing on desktop, tablet and/or mobile devices. Delivery methods and options include email, mobile and plastic fulfillment directly to Customer.
